The Goal
How does one demonstrate a strong proof statement about who they are?

A prompt was created and ninety individuals were contacted. A week later, sixty persons replied and a large sample size started saying the same things.

Why So Many?
The most accurate way to describe someone is by the word of others. When a recurring message from dozens of people is repeated, a trustworthy statement of one's character is produced. Repetition leads to reliability. Reliability leads to results. These are the building blocks of integrity and successful businesses.

What Does This Show?
Seeking references is similar to prospecting. Both require relationships, rapport and reputation. Once someone builds their network, the task of communicating effectively is put to the test. Clear goals and a process for achieving these goals must be defined. Then, one must "plow the field" and get to work trusting that the strategies will be effective.
Evaluate, seek criticism, adjust, and repeat. This refinement method can be applied to most all things for improved success.
